queens day attack

today is the queens day and all the street was coloured in oranje (like the real nederlanders). but this was a sad day, because the royal dutch was having parade on Apledoorn and got an assault (I guess Apeldoorn is the 4th station from Enschede to Amsterdam – thats what I remembered, if the route is Enschede – Hengelo – Almelo – Deventer – Apeldoorn blablabla… until Amsterdam). still remembered when I go to Amsterdam on around mid day and then go home alone from Amsterdam Biljmer – Arena, took the last train to Amsterdaam centraal (jika telat 4 menit saja saya mungkin kudu nginep di amsterdam, lari2 an mengeruak kerumunan penonton dan fans Noel Gallagher ke station biljmer arena, what a nice experince of my own, wew..) to the lovely home Enschede @ around 00.00 (yes it is midnight!) and alone ! alhamdulillah I am alright and alive until now, hehe..

okay back to the parade, so this is a sudden accident. there was a car crush into the crowd and several bikers were become the victim. copy from bbc http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/europe/8027390.stm

A car has ploughed through a crowd of spectators in the Netherlands who were watching a parade by the Dutch royal family. Reports say four people were killed and 13 others injured.

I only can say : innalillahi wa inna ilaihi rojiun. may the victim will rest in peace, my deep condolences for all the victims. oh, why such a happy day should be bother with a drunk driver like he did (in Alpedoorn), and hope we will know the real problem in a few days from now…
this should be a happy day for everyone, I spend my days with friends walking around the city (hingga kaki gempor) spending the coins (een ero – 50 cents – 20 cents and many of them), to buy some crap things but still lovely. I got one KNVB – pin (or Koninklijke Nederlandse Voetbalbond – “Royal Netherlands Football Association”) and an old 1992 pin for 50 cents (each). the weather was real good (around 14-16), feel a little bit hot cause the people are all over the place selling all the crap things and having some walk tour through the city.

saya baru sadar : queens day mungkin artinya = hari raya rombeng se belanda, well at least di enschede, karena  ada semacam pasar kaget di centrum, oude markt dan sekitarnya, orang orang mulai dari keluarga (bapak anak ibu mbahkung mbah uti paklek bulek semua) menggelar dagangan di jalan, dan anda akan menemukan barang antik dan aneh dari (mungkin) tahun renaissance hingga baju bayi tahun kemarin yg sudah tak terpakai). si Hera nemu koper vintage bagus banget hanya seharga 5 ERO ……! ARGH saya juga mau heraaa..

saturday 2 May 2009 @ around 6 in the afternoon i will off from Enschede, go to Milan. i will take the train to Bremen with Lucas and Stephan, and meet Anne and the rest of the team in Bremen and fly from there to Milan on Sunday morning. there will be some activity with 6 other students from University of Twente there. I didnt know that I will be the choosen one from the all the 7th delegates to Milan that will represent the university.  the charge was  much expensive (280 euros, bayar sendiri dan tak ada dana dari university, tapi saya mau mau saja lah, toh juga bermanfaat sekaligus jalan2, hahaha.. tetep. tapi ini belum termasuk biaya transportasi dr Enschede – Bremen, bolak balik,  biaya transportasi di Milan, dll. well, tetep worth it lah ya..). got to sleep now, and having some hot tea before go to bed (lekker hoor..) hehe. well, tot ziens from now.. ngantuk banget dah.
